Yes. The minimum age required is 16 years.
For our events in Belgium, we ask our hosts and hostesses to be at least perfectly bilingual in French/Dutch.
All the contracts issued are collected at the end of the month. You have to send them in immediately after each mission. They are then encoded and checked before being sent to Group S which takes care of drawing up the salary slips.

You can access your salary slip on our website once the payment has been made. We pay salaries on the seventh working day of the month following that in which the work was done.

Employees at Exception are covered by JC 218. We follow the legal scales. These scales vary depending on the age of the service provider. Category 1 applies.

Depending on the number of hours worked, the social secretariat deducts the withholding tax on professional earnings. You can send an e-mail to ask for more or less of the withholding tax on professional earnings to be deducted.

The salary will also include the holiday bonus and the double holiday bonus, which is paid monthly.

Yes. Travel expenses are reimbursed:

  1. For Brussels: flat-rate reimbursement covering the price of a public transport ticket.
  2. Outside major towns and cities, the sum of € 0.23/km is reimbursed.
  3. You will find this information on your contracts and full details will be explained to you for each mission.
Yes. Your salary slip is accessible in your personal space on the Exception 2 website as soon as you have been paid.

Your tax form 281.10 is accessible from the month of May every year in your personal space on the Exception 2 website.

Clearly, this type of situation should be avoided!

If you are ill, inform the job manager as quickly as possible.

Lateness, however, is not tolerated. Make sure you are on time, but should you be late one day after all, let the job manager know so that she can inform the client and make appropriate arrangements.

Some clients require a uniform to be worn.

The provision of these outfits presupposes that the service provider undertakes to wear them as described in the briefing (which forms an integral part of the employment contract) and that the uniform must be returned to the agency in perfect condition after the mission.

No. Exception 2 does not provide staff.

Exception 2 is and remains the sole employer of the service providers throughout the period of their work. This means that occasional Exception 2 employees are able to work for different types of client without any difficulty, irrespective of any collective agreements that may be separate.

Yes. A hard copy of the employment regulations can be found at the Exception 2 office.

These employment regulations are submitted to you for agreement when you register with Exception 2.
