Our Stage Management service

The stage manager is in charge of setting up the various audiovisual installations, lighting, decoration and related services on the ground. He is involved right from the preparatory stage of the event.

 

An overall view for total management

His role is to rely on the know-how of each head of sector while maintaining an overall view in order to ensure total management of the event.

He has to do everything possible to find technical solutions to all the problems encountered when setting up or running an event like this. During the event itself, he is often also asked to take care of the hostess service, coordination of the caterers and various technical service providers and direct relations with the authorities of the place where the event is being held.
